Average donuts, the shake was okay.. no restroom inside. Not too many choice.

Nice friendly staff and decent size. Close to Victoria station and donuts are of the standard you expect.

This Krispy Kreme location opened recently. It has a small seating area on the left hand side. Besides the wide variety of doughnuts they have, you can order shakes, cold drinks and hot drinks such as coffee and tea.This location offers a wider variety than the one inside Victoria station.

Disgusting.. unacceptable customer service.. the guy here should definitely learn how to serve a customer.. I gave the 1 star just for the women who had some concern for the customers and patient enough to handle a customer .. the guy was always on his phone.. table was dirty as well..They had just two tables for dine in.. despite it was not clean … photos attached (the table that I sat)..When the other customer asked for a toilet facility if there is any, the guy didn’t even look at the customer’s face and reply.. he was using his phone and replying to the customer sitting on a chair when the customer was standing at his back.. I get that it might have been a tiring job for them .. but customers do come with a minimum expectation which the staffs should understand..Would never recommend this place and will never visit this place .. even the biscoff doughnut didn’t taste like biscoff and it was like plain sweet..

Customer service is a joke. No hi , no asking what I wanted nothing. Miserable server so unfriendly. Will never go back

Friendly staff and accommodating with a special tea order - thank you! Clean restaurant and facilities. Donuts were fresh and coffee/tea hot. Yummy for a day of walking and cold weather to shiver the day off :0)

Seriously top tier service here. The two male staff on duty has the patience of a mountain when dealing with a few challenging customers. I’m impressed! The hot chocolate was lovely and the donut tasted just like back home.
