We use the Liverpool shop on a weekly basis, and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Peter the cashier is brilliant.

customer service was awful, staff member very rude when but and returning items and gave wrong information regarding prices and amounts and deals. Some were nice and helpful but others were so awful and gave bad looks for no reason which should not be done at all especially infront if the customer. I wished it would be better as if heard that it was and okay place. Very disappointed

2 star because of the bad customer service, I asked them about a price and they told me a wrong price, don’t get me wrong I love Adams products and prices are reasonable, but the customer service needs to improve. When I went to tills the guy on tills spoke to me in a very bad way in front of other customers, didn’t really appreciate that
