Makes a change to get a service prompt with no hassle .done while I waited .reception girls especially Kirsty .had good knowledge of my problems I had and quickly arranged with mechanics to get it fixed .

a pleasure to deal with , Kirsty and service team will always try to go the extra mile , we have vehicles on very tight but unpredictable schedules so we really appreciate the flexibility on offer . the parts team also do a Stirling job and we have always got parts when needed , i don't think that i have ever had to chase them up . all in all this dealership offers a great service from a great team .

Absolutely disgraceful. Such a hassle to deal with. My vehicle has been with them for almost 48 hours and they have still not been able to diagnose the fault. Furthermore they had the cheek to tell me to hire a like for like vehicle for £60 a day which will be reimbursed. There is no 9 seater for that daily rate and that is the max they are able to offer me. There is no timeframe provided on when I can expect my vehicle back so it could be weeks or months at this rate. Made the biggest mistake sending my vehicle to them.
