Flames of Newark

I can highly recommend Flames of Newark. They just finished fitting my first ever wood burning stove. I found their product knowledge to be excellent and the fitters are superb....polite tidy workers and attention to detail second to none.

Fantastic price and service from picking our log burner all the way through to the installation.The lads that came to remove the old gas fire and old back boiler , to the installation of the log burner which Included knocking out were very friendly, polite, and very professional.Would highly recommend.Thanks too all involved .

Just had a log burner fitted and all radiators replaced. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Really helpful and friendly staff. Lads that fitted the stove and rads were brilliant, unobtrusive and did a brilliant job. Can highly recommend this company.

Flames of Newark just fitted a replacement gas fire for me.The staff are helpfull and knowledgeable and the fitters are polite and do a good clean job .

Excellent service from start to finish.I'd been from Lincoln to Boston for a replacement log burner after our 25yr old one was condemned.I'd seen the Beaumont stove cheaper elsewhere,but Flames were the only ones willing to do a site survey.Darren Jnr came & agreed 8kw was needed & additional work needed for compliance wasn't an issue.Great fitting service by Johnny & Fraser nothing was too much trouble

I was going to shop around, but considered the price reasonable - not cheap - but I was impressed by the product and customer service from the sales staff. Had the fireplace and stove installed and the guys did an excellent job, cleaning up after themselves as well as could be expected. After all the disruption of installation etc., I am sitting back, watching the logs burning and enjoying my new fireplace - the cost of a holiday I suppose, but I'll still be enjoying the fireplace experience in years to come, so money well spent. I can't criticize this company, so I would recommend them without any reservations.
