Booked disco boat trip weeks in advance for 40th birthday. Received order processing email to confirm reciept of order, and was waiting for a confirmation of the booking. Emailed for help over a week before the trip, no reply. Called 3 days before trip to ask for some information. The next day, 2 days before the trip, I get informed they missed our booking and that they can't accommodate us. I'm awaiting a refund. They offered a discount on a bbq disco boat cruise in 1.5 months time but i declined their offer. No plans for 40th birthday which is in 2 days.

The cruise was so much fun! The views of the whole city were great and the info on each spot were fun as well! Be advised, go to the top. Indoors so won’t see that much.

We were promised a refund. I have the email to prove it. No refund received and it has been months. They refuse to answer additional emails as well as messages on voicemail to rectify the issue. Very disappointed in this company.

The experience was absolutely fantastic, the staff was very kind and very helpful at all times. Entertainment was fenomenal and engaging with the guest.The food was not the best but is understandable as you are on the river.100% recommendations to celebrate special occasions and do a different plan in London.

Absolutely magical on May 7, 2022. The cruise included unlimited wine and very tasty food. The service was excellent as was the entertainment. I would very highly recommend this experience as a part of any bucket list trip to London.

You get to see everything along the Thames from Tower bridge to Greenwich and from Tower bridge to Westminster bridge. Well worth the money we got the 2day pass. Staff on the boats are really friendly and informative, and funny at times.

This River Thames cruise was brilliant value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sights while sat upstairs on the boat and the detailed, witty commentary from the guide (I believe he was called Mark). This was a fantastic way to see some of the sights, it rained on the day we went and I will definitely do the trip again in Summer!

Friendly, informative and professional team, you get the commentary and learn about London history and landmarks. It took an hour from Westminster to Kew Bridge, lovely alternative route to get home on a nice sunny day. However, timing wise, it can be unreliable depending on tides and water levels
