I absolutely love my hair, Sarah’s skills are amazing and my braids and partings are perfect. (goddess braids) the hairstyle, turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined it. She also did my mum hair (knotless) and said it was the best braids she’s ever got. Customer service is great, and we will be coming back again. You have now found 2 more loyal customers!

My first time coming to see Sarah and I was skeptical that she’d be able to finish small butt-length braids in 3 hours, but she did! The braids are small and super neat, shiny, and I’m very happy with them! She is great with communication and has a wonderful warm manner. She definitely hyped me up about my hair. Fantastic hair shop. I drive in from Oxford to croydon. Been going there since I started braiding my hair it’s been a 10/10 experience everytime. She’s very welcoming and a great host. She even gave me products to help grow my hair when I first started. Would 1000% recommend going there to get your hair done. The shop has been refurbished as well so looks even better now.

I was very anxious about getting my hair braided for the first time. Sarah was very understanding and tentative, walking me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the plan we had made together. I am very appreciative of this as I was able to relax and enjoy the process more. My hair looked exactly how I had pictured it and I very much enjoyed Sarah’s company and conversation throughout. When trying a hairstyle for the first time you want to feel confident and taken care of by a professional - getting my Knotless Box Braids at Troyale ticked all of these boxes. I had a great experience interacting with Sarah by phone prior to my appointment. She was clear and listened to my specific requirements and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure about the colour and length of hair I wanted. I felt confident before my appointment and I was not let down and am very pleased with the outcome. I thought the time quoted was ambitious, but Sarah even finished ahead of time. Absolutely talented! I will definitely be a long term customer. Sarah has done such a great job, I've shared my experience with at least 6 people - who will be getting booked in. Great service. I've been coming here for years and was the first customer after the remodel. The place looks great and modern, matching the quality of the customer service and hair styling. I usually come here to get my braids or twists done, and I am always pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!
