I went in with no idea what I was doing, just that I need to quit smoking.The lady took the time to find tastes I liked and had me try different machines to find something I liked so was likely to stick with.Has made all the difference in making me feel quitting is possible. I couldn’t have asked for more - amazing service start to finish.

I cannot rate this Northampton shop and all it's staff highly enough.I am quite new to the world of vaping and went into the shop a week ago and purchased a new kit and juice. Time and care was taken with me by a male member of staff selecting the right equipment and juice for me.In the space of a week I had to return to the shop several time with a few teething problems. Staff were only too happy to accommodate and change things to suite me and at no cost to me.Today a lovely lady Jordan went above and beyond to ensure that as a customer I was happy. She was only too happy to listen to my questions and issues I was having. Not only pointing me in the right direction but ensuring that the equipment I had purchased was right for me. She is an absolute credit to this company .Thank you thank you to all staff.

Amazing shop with a great variety of high quality products, customer service is excellent from both Joe and Ellie to the extent of them knowing who I am, and what flavour of juice I lean towards. Never had anything to complain about and they are both willing to help me with whatever vape related problem I might have. Excellent shop, highly recommend!

Easy five stars.Was served by a lovely lady who helped me find the right juice and was at a good price which helps.Not only she she what she was talking about but she did it with a smile on her face which was great customer service.

The manager Rachel was really great to deal with when I had an issue with my loyalty card account (set up a few years ago, but never used). She liased with your head office and found out what had happened (it was dormant, as was not used beyond my original purchases, and on an old system). She was a pleasure to deal with, and as such am only too happy to use your shop in Northampton for my vaping needs!

I would highly recommend this shop - the juices, the prices, the selection and the customer service which is outstanding. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thank you so much, especially to Ellie, who has helped me and been a saviour! Highly recommend to anyone especially beginners who need that customer relationship and understanding.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and will certainly understand your requirements. All of the tanks/mods are at very competitive and normal prices, although keep in mind that some products are sometimes cheaper via their website - that is, if you don't mind waiting 1-3 days for it to arrive. I can't give it 5 stars as the liquids do cost a little extra compared to other shops, but the quality is really good so it may be worth the extra. In my opinion, the shop looks like an Apple Store but for vapes, it gives it a really good vibe and professional look. Much recommended for everyone.
