Kwik Fit - Castleford

Service was great and helped me find what I needed. Came in for a puncture repair on the tyre. I worked nights and like any person who comes home to a flat tyre I wanted it sorting asap.Can’t remember the gentleman’s name but I know he was the oldest one there and seemed to be the one in charge ( sorry only distinctive feature I remember and want your bosses to know how helpful and friendly you was) anyway he was fantastic, helpful and engaging with me and my little one when I came back for the car.I even went to another garage and came straight back to this one rather than checking the few more I had on my list. Mainly because of how friendly and helpful he was.Work on the car seemed to be up to scratch and no damage to my allots which I was most concerned about.

Popped in last night and arranged for a new bulb to be fitted for the next morning and the guys were lovely and helpful. Went back to get it fitted and they went above and beyond to help me with a specialist bulb. Very quick and efficient. Will definitely be using Kwik Fit in Castleford again. Guys who work there are lovely.

1st class customer service today from Jordan. What I thought was a big problem turned out to be a minor one and my car was sorted in less than 10 minutes. Jordan was not only knowledgable, he was efficiant and polite and a credit to your company. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing customer service from Colin. Explained everything and helped us get the issues with our car sorted promptly. Very chatty bloke who made the wait feel none existent. This is not the nearest kwik fit to me but the one I chose based on the service I always seem to receive from Colin, makes the journey worthwhile. Thanks a lot for the help with our car.

My mother had been going here years always had good things to say about them, but it turns out they were probably ripping her off for years, she went for her brake pads changing and they told here she needed over a thousand pound worth or work doing for new calipers all round because they won't accept the new pads as they'd been pushed out too far. Told her there lying and to try somewhere else so she went down weldon road and they changed her pads for £90 no problems

Took my car in with no booking to get the wheels aligned after Halfords failed to do so. Done while I waited. But on the costly side but the staff were great there to fit me in towards the end of the day.

Used Kwik Fit for a free brake check. My friend booked in advance the manager was displeased with the visit. As brake pads had recently been done, I attended to get a squeaking noise from brakes diagnosed. The overall service received was far from expected and rude.I was looking to get a major service done here next week and a brake fluid change but now I won't bother! I'll go else where...

I went in Saturday morning and they got me in the same day to do the tracking on my van. Very friendly staff and informative. I was very happy.
