Baker Street Nursery and Pre-school

My daughter is very happy at Baker Street Nursery. She has her favourite people, Leanne and Tilly. She always talks about them at home, and I myself love this nursery. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially to a new parent who wants to make sure they child is being looked after and kept safe. This is the right place to leave your child while you need to go back to work. Thank you to all the staff at Baker Street Nursery for keeping our little ones safe ❤️

I was so sad to have to move my son due to a house move. The staff here are the best ever! Every single day they open the doors with smiles and engage each child they are always bubbly and my son Harry loved it here. Comparing his new pre school there is no comparison. Harry misses Baker Street so much ❤️❤️

Very unprofessional and dishonest! Attended a viewing and at the end I didn’t get a sign up form or anything just wanted my email to send me over what days they have. I was told before attending the viewing that they were spaces aswell! Never emailed me I had to call constantly until I got an email saying they haven’t forgot about me and they will get back to me again in a few days. 3 weeks gone and still haven’t heard anything. Judgemental!

I am a previous employee of Chloe Baker the new manager of Baker street and couldn't think of a better suited person to childcare. She is enthusiastic , warm hearted and passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children . She will make any child's journey through the nursery a very special and happy time .

My daughter absolutely loves Baker Street. The staff are always so welcoming, encouraging and enthusiastic. Management are brilliant at providing a safe and inclusive environment which encourages learning through play. As a parent I am always kept well informed of my daughters progress through various communications and picture updates.

She is an incredibly genuine, dedicated and trust worthy person with a real passion and talent for working with children. She has always provided outstanding customer service and treats her staff, parents and children with high level of care and empathy. I cannot reccomend her enough for the care of your child.
