Friendly staff and owner who will help you in any way they can. I dont live in blackhall but come to this store for any hardware products I need. Dont hesitate to ask if you can't find something in the store or don't quite know what what need for a job your doing. As they will be more than happy to help

Brilliant little family run shop.Customer service 10/10What every you want he has it, if not he will try n get it in for you, I have picked stewys brains for nearly 23 years on projects/ decorating I've been doing and he has always advised me on what products would be best, highly recommend this shop to everyone x
