We had our main bathroom and en-suite completely remodelled.Tom was so professional nothing was any trouble even when certain parts came the wrong size.All I can say is we would highly recommend Armstrong installations if you want the job finished on time and to a very high standardThanks Tom.Will & Judith

We asked Tom to design and fit a new bathroom for us in 2017. He captured everything we wanted perfectly and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We could not have been happier with his work and the beautiful bathroom he fitted. When we had an unrelated problem in 2021, Tom came within 2 hours and sorted it all out for us. Tom and Aaron are very professional and this is very visible in the finished bathroom. Tom is very good at what he does and goes out of his way to help you with any ideas you may have, he even took me to A&E after a nasty fall on the ice, which I am extremely grateful for. Right from the first time you meet Tom he puts you at ease and is very easy going and guides you along the process. I would recommend Tom for any bathroom revamps and would certainly use his services again. Thx Tom for a very professional installation. Very thorough installer and so tidy after each day. Would highly recommend if you want a good job doing. Even managed to get drainage below floorboards to give us a thin tray when before we had a 75mm step into shower.

Excellent from start to finish! Tom was so professional throughout, allowing us to come up with our own ideas but giving us advice and guidance where we needed it - after seeking a few quotes it was refreshing that he actually listened to what we wanted. He has superb attention to detail and a great eye for design, was friendly (very important to our 3 year old!) and a tidy worker. As a result he's created an amazing, high quality bathroom for us that will last years and years - thanks again :) wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Original bathroom totally gutted, new one designed with me and installed by Tom. Lots of discussion to make sure I was happy, professional job, always cleaned up after working, very hard worker, friendly, great after care too when I had a couple of problems. We absolutely love everything about our new bathroom installation and cannot thank Tom enough. Extremely hard working, patient (my last minute changes) and knowledgeable, an all round lovely guy. Considering the amount of work required Tom managed to keep disruption to the minimum and cleaned and tidied at the end of each day.We contacted Tom last year and were so impressed with his advice and customer service we booked onto his waiting list straight away, we had a feeling that it would be well worth the wait and it was.
