CPV Hand Car Wash E14

Payed £25 for inside and out clean of Peugeot Partner (even after the sign sayed £20). Extremely poor job. The owner Behar Limani was there as well. I asked him to check the vehicle as it is not done. He started to be aggressive and demanding £40 for “detailing” . All I wanted is to hoover up properly, wipe off the doors. Not to mention that the cargo area did not get any hoovering at all!! The tires did not get any treatment as well. I strongly recommend you AVOID this place. With such owner you cannot expect nowhere near a good service.

I took my car to wash. They haven’t wash it properly as well as they haven’t dry it properly. I think machine car wash is much better than what they did.

Very poor, low level and not enough wash and cleaning even in terms of their price. They just want to pass the car as quickly they can, they don't think about the quality of work, rather than numbers. This is my last time with them. I have added just 2 pictures which are after their cleaning in and out including vaccuam.

Terrible service. They left residue from cleaning products all over, the inside of the windows were streaked after cleaning. They charge as though it's for a 7-seater or 4x4, even for regular-sized cars, they will attempt to charge you the maximum car price if you're not vigilant.

I used to use this carwash all the time even though they increased the price a couple of times unnecessarily. I have a C class Merc which is a medium sized car and what i have always paid for… today i went and the woman with short hair tried to say that I have to pay the ‘large vehicle price’ of £27 for a wash in and out? Is she crazy?! My car is not large, it isn’t a 4x4/SUV, they cannot clean car’s properly and do a rush job but i go here for convenience. However i decided to go elsewhere today after she quoted me the price and found a carwash about 8mins away who charge £18 and do a really good job cleaning. Safe to say i will never return to this carwash again! Thanks for misquoting me, as i have now found another place much better :)

This is the worst car wash in the London. They don't care about your car all they care about taking your money. Rude owner and staff. They don't clean, wash or dry the car properly. Dart and water left on the car body. Also car mirrors they don't like clean with spray only wipe with clothes that's leave the windows dirty.

Extremely bad service. For 29 pound gold service for AUDI Q3 they have cleaned my car for 30 percent maximum. They have cleaned my car for 10 minutes maximum. They have even taken off dust from a front panel. Also, they have vacuum cleaned for 60 percentages of a car maximum.When I have asked them to clean it, they told me, that I have to be happy for 29 pounds. Are you sure??? They were super rude and arrogant. I have just lost my money. Moreover, they charged me like an extra large car, but I have Audi q3.I have never got situation like that in London. Super rude personal like they are, especially owner. I am in a shock and insist my money back. I haven’t wanted to pay, but they made me do it. I was really scared and payed. I insist my money back!!!!!!In waitrose car wash service, for 35 pound you will get extremely clean car(they clean it for 1 hour 20 minutes) and 3 hours free in waitrose parking space.

Previously I didnt have a great experience. I usually leave my car with them to wash to go do Asda shopping expecting a good clean once im back.I thought this time might be different and they have improved their service. They also put the prices up, I paid £27 for inside and out. Came back with my back windows not cleaned properly, my wheels had the dirt still in them. One of the guys then came with a spray and cleaned it. I told him, i never have this issue with other car wash places. He stated that other car washes use acid and other things which will damage my car. They only use water and shampoo. Even with water and shampoo, when he used the cloth, all the dirt was coming off. No effort was made to clean the car. It was a sunny day so I could tell they were rushing. Whilst i was paying, i also saw another lady complaining that they didnt clean the back of her car properly.They really need to do a better job, customers are paying for a service and they are overcharging compared to other places yet the quality of service is not value for money.Just some feedback for you train the workers and improve the job. Maybe even put your prices down.

A good car wash to visit in the area, and really great that they accept card/contactless payments. You can leave your car & keys with them if you like, whilst you shop at Asda, or stay in your car and drive it through whilst they wash it.It’s not the best car wash I’ve had - some streaks remaining that I was able to remove afterwards with my finger, but overall still a good service, and the team were friendly and got the job done.I paid £12 for an exterior clean for an Audi TT, and was also offered £24 for ‘inside and outside’.Prices start from £10 for a ‘Extra Small’ car (Smart or similar size cars), and go up in size: Small (Ford Fiesta or similar), Medium (Ford Focus or similar), Large 4x4 / 7-seaters (e.g. Zaferia, Kuga, X3, Q3). To be honest, I’m quite surprised the Audi TT fell into a ‘medium’ car bracket, and not ‘small’ which they specify as being a ‘ford fiesta or similar’.

I think the low rated reviews are people that are used to going to £20+ car washes and come here one day because they are in the area and then regret it. It’s a cheap wash you can’t expect some of the most amazing inch by inch cleaning but you get what you pay for which I feel like most people forget. £8 pound and car looked absolutely stunning especially with the tyre shine. People really need to understand what value for money means and will definitely be coming back
