Never change the battery here. They replaced the already used and discharged batteries as if they were new. Even after replacing the battery, the battery wore out too quickly, so I checked the battery performance and found that the battery life was about 70%. I asked for a refund and was asked to pay £10 for labor fee. If they had replaced the battery properly there would have been no problem, but they don't admit their mistake and instead ask for labor fee. They actually told me, “Your time doesn’t matter, only our time is important.” Additionally, there is a difference between the price posted on the website and the on-site price. Never do anything here.

Contacted via chat to request a quote for potential software issues. Was directed over message on how to fix the issue from home. Such efficient and trustworthy service! Phone was back working within 10 minutes of contacting

Terrible service. Gave them my phone to get something done I got it back completely dead. Not switching on. Got it diagnosed in a different place they shortened the motherboard while trying to do what I asked them too. I was told to take the phone and leave. No responsibility. DO NOT GO THERE! I am not the first one treated that way. There are like 10 more phone repair shops in Cambridge! NO THERE!!!

Sloppy. See pictures for proof. I got a screen replacement, and they forgot to connect the charging port, so I was without a phone for the entire day until I had to go back to get it fixed. £250 for sloppy work on a £1300 phone.

I booked a slot online to have my phone repaired, and when I arrived I was met with confused looks and told they weren't aware of it. They then rang a colleague to ask if he could come in, who couldn't. I asked to be refunded then a few days later the charge for the appt was confirmed via email. Dont reccomend

Terrible, they claim to be a tech company but dont reply to emails, WhatsApp they dont even answer phones. You could go there to hear that their tech guy is off like 5 of 7 days he is off. They took my phone for a simple google unlock that takes 30min. They have my phone for 3 weeks now I lost loads of money and customers because of that. They dont have the skills or equipment to do the simplest tasks. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've thus far had a couple of batteries replaced here on our phones, a screen replaced and most recently my husbands macbook screen replaced. They have always done an excellent job, everything has worked perfectly, items were repaired quickly and they charged about half the price of what the Apple store quoted for the same work. Thanks!
