Big thanks, always done me, and anyone else ive known go there proud. Had a big job needed doing and was fair priced and despite me turning up with the car in a state they made it good, with nothing but honest good work. Proper mechanic no frills job done.

Have taken car here twice, thought they were OK, they replaced parts and seemed reasonable. Have just found out they replaced parts with old parts, failed to check the brakes (four completely worn brakes), failed to diagnose misfiring engine etc etc. Do not take your car here. They are useless.

I dealt with a few other garages in Bristol since 2007 but I was never satisfied with the professional advice as well as quality of repairs against costs until I found Epstein autos. I have been to Epstein autos about 5 or 6 times in last four years and I have always found Mr. Ali's professional advice working at low cost! I would rate them excellent!

Most of the staff are very helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, there is one member of staff that was unbelievably rude. He not only treated me with no respect at all but was driving my car with one hand as he took a phone call with the other. He also said that he would fail my mot if I didn’t book in to fix the advisory the next day. This is not the point of an advisory. I felt that I would have received better service if I wasn’t a young woman.
