Having been let down by another repair company not turning up, Espresso Repair Shop had my Jura X8 in the next day, explained the service process and diagnosed the issue before even opening the machine from my comments on weak coffee. 48hrs later and ready to collect, what can i say but a truly professional service and repair center, very highly recommended and will defiantly use again.Thanks for great coffee once again in the mornings.

Much appreciated Radu's work attitude , he is very helpful and professional with very reasonable price. My Gaggia Classic was blocked, fortunately I found Radu to help me fixing the problem. He always provides quick response to my enquiry and keep updating the repair status.I dropped my Gaggia to him on Monday and I got it back on Wednesday. I rang Radu when a problem appeared with the pressure gauge on my Sage Bean to Cup 4yr old machine. Radu informed me that a service would solve the problem. I dropped the machine off & Radu serviced our machine. It now sounds like a new machine and is working perfectly.Thank you so much Radu for your first class communication & serving our coffee machine.

When my trusty 5 year old Sage Dual Boiler stopped steaming recently, I contacted Radu. He promptly responded and arranged for me to drop the machine off for diagnosis and repair. I left the machine with him on Wednesday afternoon, 48 hours later the machine was ready for collection.Radu is extremely approachable, knowledgeable and really goes out of his way to deliver a professional service.
