Been here twice now on a spa day. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Used the pool which was lovely, not many people in there so had a really good swim. There is a lovely large sauna and steam room which is mixed and a very large gym, we joined the body yoga class which was really energetic and 55 mins long and had an amazing body massage after. I have had a few massages before but the ones here are definitely the best I have ever had. Had an amazing lunch of tapas with a side salad (large) and Prosecco. Coffee is unlimited on spa days. Will definitely be going back again soon

The spa is perfect, set within a health club but perfectly quiet, smells gorgeous and heated massage beds. The staff were amazing, super attentive. We went as a group of 4 for the spa day packages and couldn't fault our experience. The swimming pool can get a little noisy with classes going on but this didn't bother us as our time was spent in the sauna/steam room next to the pool or in the spa rooms. The relaxation room is heaven. Lunch was thoroughly enjoyed by us all.Very reasonable in price and highly recommende going.

Had a Spa day with my daughter for her birthday. The spa day was excellent value for money . The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The facility’s were clean and up to date . I booked a 60 minute facial with ‘Tatiana’ and I can honestly say it was one of the best facials I’ve had. She was extremely professional and I felt totally relaxed. I will definitely return.

My daughter and I had an Odyssey Spa day and it was wonderful. So impressed by the lovely venue, the friendliness of the staff, the treatment rooms, the pool, the gym and the cosy relaxation room. In fact everything. Also, I had the best facial ever by Tatiana as she massaged my neck too. Blissful.

I've been coming to this Spa for 6+ years and can't recommend it highly enough! For massages there is only one lady I would trust and that is Hayley! She is so accommodating and knows exactly what she is doing. She always explains where I hold my tension and updates me on how my body is reacting each time I see her. I have recommended her to so many people and will definitely continue to do so. She is so professional and approachable. Thank you Hayley!!!

Sorry to say that I’m quite disappointed in the management of this Spa. I recently had an issue with being over charged by £24.50 as the new pricing policy is unclear and wasn’t explained. I wanted to provide feedback to the Director who took 2 weeks to contact me then was pretty uninterested, unapologetic and border line argumentative. There was no attempt to make me feel better so I certainly will think twice about going back. Haven’t said all of that, all of the therapists are very polite and professional.

Had a spa day here fantastic value & great facilities. All the staff I met were courteous and helpful. The full body massage i had which was done by Veronica-Ioana is the best one i have ever had! Lovely relaxing day with a great lunch included

My fiancé and I had a spa day here. It was excellent value for money. Before we even arrived Nicola was exceptional at answering emails and suggesting which package would be best for our needs.When we arrived we were given a printed itinerary of our day and clear instructions. Everyone was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Robe, towel, slippers and hot drinks were all included as well as lunch and a 1 hr treatment. The facilities are exceptionally clean. The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and the food was delicious. I had a facial with Danielle which was heaven and my fiancé had a de stress massage with Lizzie, which he said was very relaxing. The relaxation room was a hidden gem. We were so impressed and will definitely be back.
