Most unhelpful and apparently a heavy duty sewing machine for leather can not sew through Velcro despite being used by dress makers world wide with normal household machines

Had some issues with the keys that were cut, not the shops fault, but rather the lock in my shop door. They took time out of their own day and walked down to investigate, and within a short while, everything now fits 5☆
