Absolutely brilliant service! We were having a bathroom redone but could not have it fully finished without a new window, so we were up against a deadline.Lee was very quick to respond at the outset and came within the week to measure up and clarify exactly what we were looking for. He was friendly, clear and budget-conscious which we really appreciated.Lee fast-tracked our window for us and managed to work around our deadline, despite being hampered by bad weather. We cannot thank him enough for getting us out of a tight spot and we are so pleased with the results! Thank you, we will be back!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! We had 6 new windows, frames and a new composite door fitted by Lee & his team. Lee was fantastic from first contact, through quoting, measuring, double checking measurements, inspiration ideas, right through to final installation. They couldn't have made the process any easier and stress free! We even had a problem with a poorly manufactured window pane (absolutely no fault of The Window People), the pane could have just been installed and we would have been non the wiser, but the fitters insisted it was not up to their standards, within 2 days this was completely rectified and a new pane was fitted! We can also highly recommend their new apprentice if you want a few laughs throughout installation...Overall, we will absolutely be using these guys again in the future for anything they can do! Lee was prompt, friendly, efficient, knowledgable and helpful when he came out to quote. Lee took time to explain our options with no pressure and his quote was much less than another quote from elsewhere.All communication was great, the fitters did a great job and we're very happy with our new window.Would highly recommend the window people!

I have recently had new windows and doors replaced with this company and I couldn't be happier with their work. Lee came out to measure up and gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions. I liked that we weren't pressured into making a dicision on the day Lee came out to see us. As soon as we had decided what we wanted we contacted Lee and he sent us a quote over which we was very happy with. Lee is a lovely down to earth guy and we were happy with the service he gave us. It was a very quick turnaround from ordering to fitting. The men who came to fit the windows and doors were very professional, punctual, hardworking and tidy. We had been thinking about replacing our 25+ year old windows for a while, had a few quotes that were ridiculously expensive. I came across 'the wi down people' by accident and asked for a quote.Lee responded efficiently through email, he cane out to do an initial quote in a matter of days, from start to finish Lee and the installation guys were punctual, efficient, polite and the installers just cracked on and got the job done. Any damage getting the old windows out (which we expected) was patched up and filled ready for a coat of paint. We couldn't have asked for a better

Over the year I have had 2 composite doors fitted and replaced 5 upvc windows.Everytime from start to finish, Lee and his team are friendly, professional, tidy, and no waffle or upselling.I would highly recommend The Window People.
