I went to HD to draft my new will on the advice of my partner having had a poor (and relatively expensive) experience when my previous solicitors drafted my old will. The service i received was outstanding in all respects: efficient, effective and thoroughly professional. Sumaiya Smyth quickly understood my requirements and was always exceptionally well prepared. I found her manner extremely personable and her advice was free of legalistic jargon at all times. In short, this was an excellent experience which restored my faith in solicitors!
