went for the burna boy event, was so poorly organised, security and staff members were incredibly unprofessional letting random girls who would flirt with them to the front went half of us have been waiting in line for 6 hours. kept pushing the line back when the issue was with other people pushing in the line at the front so instead of sorting out the issue they would take it out on the rest of us. staff members have way too much attitude. this is a shoe shop not a VIP club.

A pair of £180 trainers purchased found to be faulty. On first visit were offered a £60 credit note. Have been offered an exchange after an Insta post and have since returned the faulty trainers and have not received the exchange items. Your customer service is non existent and your communication is worse!

Ordered a shoe on Saturday midday, recived in the post on Monday morning. Amazing service, great help, great communication. Have been looking for this shoe for a couple of months and off-season came through with a great price in my size. Couldn’t be happier, thank you offeeason.

They get a star for the shop. The shops great, the lads in there seemed sound. Went to the store to sell some sneaks after getting a price over the phone and they wasn’t even close to the price on the phone. There prices are a lot lower than StockX….payout. That’s after stock x have had their cut. Also I wouldn’t leave them to check your sneakers unattended as not everything goes back in the box, I.E labels and stickers that come with the shoe. Don’t trust.
