Great selection and affordable prices. Only criticism is the sachets for sauce. Having dispensers for sauce, like in the SU would be more such better and sustainable.

For a campus cafe they are rather pricey, but they offer things you can't get in the SU.Staff always polite, friendly and helpful; to be honest they are the best thing about the place.Seem to have an issue with serving food on plates and prefer to use chopping boards and buckets.

i ordered a small iced coffee nothing to fancy and the older lady took my order, i stood on the side waiting for my order to be done. Whilst i was waiting she took other people’s orders and started giving them their orders before mine. I didn’t think much of it untill about some time later, i thought she just “ forgot” so i went to go remind her but she then asked me that she didn’t remember if i have “proof” of a receipt that she didn’t give me btw. I was standing on the side for about 20 minutes waiting for an iced coffee, she knew exactly who i was. Ridiculous service! it’s convenient how she “forgot” the only black woman who ordered, but let 10+ orders infront of me! Seriously need to review your customer service. awful.

A modern clean and comfortable coffee shop and café. There are a number of choice of seating from a table to a high bar style, ideal for a group discussions over refreshments. The staff are friendly and give good service even at busy times. The prices are competitive and the menu has interesting choices for all, veggies and vegans included. Good Wifi coverage too.Minor criticism would be that it could do with a clear away station where customers cleaned there empty cups and plates to. I'm sorry if there is on and I missed in which case it needs better signage for people to spot it.Nice little café though :)

Great variety of vegan drinks and food at this UWE outlet! I had the moving mountains beef burger. The coleslaw was a little too vinegary in taste but the burger and fries were delicious and the staff were really friendly

All vegan food, has some nice options. Depending on time of day it may not serve everything. Atmosphere is friendly. Didn't seem to have forks for my cauliflower wings though so it was difficult to eat as they're hot...

Pleaseee barista train your staff. Milk is never steamed properly always scorching hot with no foam.
