As said previously by other posters - very welcoming and professional. Caz did my hair beautifully. The curly perm was gorgeous !!. This salon is highly recommended !!.UPDATE : - Still going to Rococco two years on. Kaz did a beautiful perm today (20/01/2023). Salon has moved to a very much improved premises at 727, Woodbridge road in Ipswich. I have had perms since the early 1990's, and this is the BEST EVER experience !!.Kaz and Frankie were most welcoming - go on, spoil yourself !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have recently started going to this salon, it's a lovely 'grown up' spa like feel inside but is also so friendly..Kaz is so experienced and lovely.. she totally got what I wanted and has done a great job of my cut and colour. You can tell very quickly that there's a high standard at Rococco and I'm very happy I've found them!

From the moment I arrived to the time I left I felt so welcome and relaxed. I had gel nails and toes and what a wonderful service and Frankie who was doing the gels was an absolute star. Would highly recommend this place and I will be visiting their again.

I have just had my hair done for the second time here and I enjoyed both experiences. The staff are very attentive and welcoming and always offer tea and coffee. I felt really relaxed.Krystal was the hair stylist who did my hair. She was great, very experienced and took her time to get my hair how I wanted it. She was honest about what I wanted and how I could get there which everyone wants in a hairdresser.I also recently had my eye brows and eye lashes tinted at Rococco and the experience was quick, and I was really impressed with the result. Weeks on my lashes still looked dark!Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for attentive, friendly and welcoming staff and a great hair colour, cut and blow dry!
