Had clear run from Leeds chaos o way home on M62

Drivers are dangerous Reverse around a corner blindly and nearly knocked me over if I had not of banged on back of van they would have hit me. then had ago at me for crossing road didn't apologise.

I have been going to St Mary's hospital for appointments over the past couple of weeks. The drivers have been very caring and thoughtful.

Collected me for a hospital appointment at Harrogate Hospital and was an exceptionally friendly, polite, professional driver/escort. He went above and beyond and returned me home too. A credit to your company.

Just witnessed a female driver of a white skoda fabia estate driving a good 40 meters on the path in Armley in order to cut through the queue. Not a good image for your business.

Driver was too busy on his phone to actually drive properly, then gave me a rather rude hand gesture after I got annoyed with him. Not a great way of representing this was established company.

I would thoroughly recommend Easy Travel. They are helpful, cheerful and polite. My mother had been in Calderdale Royal hospital for a considerable time having suffered a stroke whilst on holiday in Halifax. Easy Travel were hired by the NHS to take her to a nursing home in the West Midlands. She was treated with the utmost respect by the driver Jason. He was friendly, helpful and very concerned with my mother's comfort and safety.After the journey it was realised that Easy Travel had left their wheelchair in the nursing home; my husband and I were happy to retrieve it on our subsequent visit. It was collected by Easy Travel from our home in Halifax by another polite and cheerful driver. Additionally the driver brought me a bunch of flowers as a thank you! EXCEPTIONAL!

Absolutely appaling driving followed by an equal lack of professionalism from the Director on complaining. One of their minibuses pulled out on a roundabout causing me to brake suddenly. I sounded my horn and turned off my exit to see that the minibus had moved across from the inside lane to the outside lane (without indicating) and was now sounding his horn back and braking himself (yards off the exit).Now on telephoning the office you would expect concern but initially I was lied to. The person who answered the call (who it turns out is a manager) told me that there is no way of finding out who it was as vehicles aren't tracked!!!! Wow ...After expressing my disbelief I was transferred to the Director to be met with Hello. Who are you? What d'ya want?" I knew my side was going over his head and once I mentioned the unprofessionalism of his telephone manner
