Very happy with the service provided. Skips were collected and dropped off as and when they said they would be. Can always have a laugh with the staff. We’ve had family and friends also use this company and been very happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend

Good skip company, friendly and local service. Used many times without issues, staff have always been really pleasant, I am using them again.

Read the other reviews below before ordering from mag fern. Booked in for collection, not collected. Called the next day and told it was never booked for collection and the conversation had never happened despite it being the same person I had spoken to, to book it. I then spoke to the manager who said it was booked and collection had been attempted but it was too heavy. I was in all day and nobody came to the door to tell speak to us. CCTV reviewed and he drive up, had a look and drove off! This was despite us asking the delivery driver specifically if it could be filled with soil and he categorically said yes. When challenged as to why I had just been told it was never booked for collection and yet ten seconds later it was confirmed it indeed had been the manager became less and less helpful to the point of being rude. When I then asked about their complaints policy I was told she was the manager and so she reviewed her own complaints! Poor communication, poor service.

I have used Magferns Recycling on several occasions and found them to be professional throughout.Their prices are competitive and the staff are very polite and friendly while being very knowledgeable in the recycling business.I will continue to use this company and happy to recommend them.

Really disappointing customer relations. Didn't turn up on the agreed day for which I had taken a day of work and then phoned me at work the following week to say the driver had turned up and couldn't gain access and if this happens again I will be charged!!! Apparently the driver couldn't gain access due to cars parked on the OPPOSITE side of the road facing my drive, despite the cars being parked there when the skip was dropped off?? I was told I should put my wheelie bins in the road overnight to prevent cars parking there. Incredible, and then before I got home from work another driver had been and collected the skip without any issues at all. Never again!

Not even worth 1 star (but I couldn't put zero) - Avoid at all costsFrom the first moment, they have not lived up to what they said - The skip was late and we were told, no we didn't say it would be delivered today (despite that fact they did)The skip has been ready for collection for ten days now and every time time we ring to chase, the answer is along the lines of well you'll just have to wait, we'll get round to it. Even today, I rang to stress the urgency because the skip is blocking the drive and we have other builders coming tomorrow and I stressed this on the call. I called again at midday to be told the driver had the ticket so, yes, it would be today - Nope, still there with no call or apology.Customer service is the worst I have ever had; no apology of any kind and it's almost like it is my fault for bothering them.What kind of service is it when you collect at a time that suits the Supplier not the Customer; well it's not any kind of service at all.

Really disappointed with the service magfern has given us. On collection of the skip from our property the driver hit our car causing a few hundred pounds worth of damage. Despite numerous phone calls to the company they haven't returned any of our calls or responded to try and resolve the issue. We are now having to follow legal proceedings in order to recover the funds for the damaged caused.Shame because we are currently carrying out house renovations and will be needing a skip on a regular basis, as they have been so unprofessional in trying to resolve this issue we will be going elsewhere.

, arranged for sat told 2 days notice requiredwould be monday. then turned up took skip early not finished, not helpful their mix up,made up story. no receipt for payment sent either.
