Popped in after a screw snapped inside the front fork of my scooter, and I wasn't sure if it could be repaired. But the guys managed to get it out and fix in quick time and a good price. Highly recommend for your scootering needs

We purchased an Eleglide through Electric Scooters London and have had nothing but problems. When my bike arrived there was a bit of damage on it, but they told me to take it to a bike shop to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. They actually did reimburse me after I sent them a couple emails asking them too, but about a week after I got the bike back from the bike shop, the electric assist stopped working properly. But now, the pedal assist doesn't work at all. I have emailed and called and sent videos on several occasions and they have ignored me for MONTHS. After months of ignoring us, my husband wrote to Eleglide and they were quick to respond and said I needed a replacement control board, but since I bought it through Electric Scooters London they needed me to go through them. We have emailed and called over and over and over and over again and they just ignore us.They could care less about their customers and it shows. This has been one of the worst customer experiences ever. Unless you enjoy paying almost £1000 for something that is broken with almost zero chance of them fixing it (even though it's covered under the warranty) I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I recently purchased an electric scooter from this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was getting the right scooter for my needs.

my escooter mud guard screws were jammed , went to the shop and they took the screws out within minutes and did not even charge me anything. Thank you so much .

Bought a tyre from here and it was falsely advertised as being genuine CST tyre with genuine CST" marks

Great service and experience. Took my scooter initially in for a flat tyre and it was repaired very quickly (within 30 mins). Subsequently developed a problem with the battery - I took it in for repair and he told me it probably needed a new battery. On further inspection he saw that there was a loose connection that was probably causing the fault, repaired it, and wouldn't charge me for the repair! Excellent service - highly recommend.

I had a few questions about the scooter before I bought it and the staff was really helpful and answered all of my questions. I've been using the scooter for a few weeks now and it's been great. It's a lot of fun to ride and it's a great way to get around the city.
