Sat outside at the front to experience the ridiculously busy Stamford Bridge traffic again. Enjoyed the coffee and sausage sandwich, but for someone over sixty 9.05 is way too steep.

Food varied. Crab pancake is very good. Outside seating looks great but hard to hear each other indoors (acoustics). I think it would be great for lunch or evening drinks out but less so for a quiet evening meal.

Probably wonderful place to go if it's not busy, but when busy they have no organization at all. Visited for a drink on the Yorkshire Marathon day, queued for probably about 30 minutes to order and then was waiting even longer for the drink. It had been so long I was going to miss the runner go past, others had popped out to see theirs and came back, jumping to the front to ask for their drinks, fine if their turn had passed but it hadn't and here I was still waiting. I questioned the staff on this and I got the response 'I'll do one, she will do the other', right so I must be soon. No, the next two drinks orders were either for people coming back in (queue jumping effectively unbeknown to them), or the gentleman behind me. I'd ordered one coffee, so I was absolutely baffled as to why my order was skipped. I asked for a refund and commented that I thought the system was ridiculous, to which the woman scoffed at me and said it's a long queue. Not sure she understands the concept of a queue if serving the gentleman behind me his drinks before me is how it works! They must improve their organization and customer service, set expectations for people!Also, their cakes are from Costco, not homemade.

We visited for a family meal but im afraid the food wasnt great. We dont mind paying more money for great tasting food, however this wasnt the case.The waiter was very polite and we did get 20% discount off the fish and chips, after they had asked how our meal was. (The dog seem to enjoy the fish)It was a busy Friday night, however the noise seems to echo in there, we couldn't hear each other speaking.Sad to say, we will not be returning.

Had a great visit here. The service staff were impeccable. They didn't have the rice for my date's dish and were so helpful in what they offered instead. Despite us offering to pay extra they happily changed it out for onion rings for free and then the server insisted there should be more and got the chef to add halloumi too. With the portion sizes being very generous on top of that we were more than happy!We both had the tuscany salmon and it was delicious. Great drinks, food and staff. Can't fault this place!

It’s the first visit and won’t be the last! We had a lovely lunch here last weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming! We took a while to peruse the menu as we were so looking forward to catching up, and we didn’t feel rushed.Once the placed the order, our drinks came quite quickly. It’s a lovely atmosphere with plenty of seating throughout.The food was delicious! There’s plenty of dishes to choose from!The bistro is very popular and would recommend you book a table!

Unfortunately we had an appalling experience. Terrible service, very long waits on food and drinks and it wasn't even busy. We had to repeatedly get up and go and remind staff we were waiting on drinks and then food. The waiter couldn't remember our order, but seemed to insist on not writing anything down and we had to keep correcting him on what we wanted. After nearly a 1 hour wait he came to ask again if it was the chicken I wanted and I said for the 3rd time, no the salmon, he had to admit he had told the kitchen the wrong order and re ordered my salmon so there would be a further delay. As someone who rarely complains and has a chef in the family, so I understand hospitality, we were shocked by how bad our experience was. The food was, thank god, ok and we did eat it, well we were very hungry by this point. They did slightly reduce the bill on account of delays and bad service we'd received, but only because i asked, and to be honest, they didn't seem embarrassed or bothered about it either. They seemed disinterested and disorganised. Oh, and to top it all off, 2 hours after finally eating my long awaited Tuscan Salmon, I spent the following two hours on the toilet at home with terrible stomach cramps and diarrhoea!! I will be contacting the manager. And just so any of you reading this know, I very, very rarely leave a review for anything, but this was so bad, I just had to. We live locally, but won't be returning obviously, such a shame.Faulty Towers springs to mind.

My friend and I had a very enjoyable lunch at no.10 Bistro in Stamford Bridge today. Very busy. Somehow this building picks up lots of noise. It was raining so there were lots of people inside.All staff were pleasant and helpful.The food didn't take long to arrive and both dishes were tasty.My only gripe is the food is always expensive but always worth having. They have great cakes too which are nice to eat in the garden when the weather is great.
