Hi all I’m a fireplace installer with twenty five years experience and I have installed hundreds of fire places from Alan Doxey. The fire surrounds with lights do look great and as with all lights sometimes a bulb will blow, unfortunately they do not guarantee the bulbs but who does, all the bulbs in these fire places are replaceable it’s really easy don’t be put off by previous review.

Be careful of buying a fireplace with down lighters. It looked great for a while but one of the fitments has blown and the bulb can't be replaced so we now have a fireplace with only one light. I went into the showroom and Mrs Doxey said she'd get the electrician to ring us. He hasn't.

Arrived on Tuesday 21st December with my 87 year old mother in law just as they were closing. They stayed open and helped her choose a suitable fire. When they realised her old fire was broken they called a fitter who agreed to fit it the next day! Absolutely amazing service!!!
