Would not recommend!! Went in for an MOT. It failed because of its emissions. They told me in order to fix it, they need to first perform a diagnostic. I agreed to do it. They werent very transparent with the price for everything either. They did the diagnostics but said, they can't tell what's wrong with it so they would need to check couple of things which would cost more money.The only thing they told me was what I could of found out by doing a Google search. They also said if I got everything fixed by another garage they would charge me £20 to do a retake. In the end I went to another garage where it passed the MOT with flying colours. Just wasted my day and £78

I was told that the car is really bad and I need a fuel pump part and everything will cost me around £200 including labor + pre diagnostic" of £40 which already paid

Excellent service when doing MOT for my VW Polo.. Got a lot of problems with my car sorted out for a reasonable price.. Used to use Kwikfit in the past but this place will now be where i go. The best garage ever very professional fixed the issue for £200 and main dealer asking for £2700. Highly recommended well equipped and honest.

Con Artists AVOID!Took car in as it's its had a problem with the engine cutting out a low revs, was told they needed to run it through diagnostics machine even though I'd told them I'd already had that done elsewhere and it came back saying there was nothing wrong. They plugged the machine in it game back saying there was no issue and they promptly charged me £48 and said they would look at it for another hour to try to diagnose the issue but that that would be another £66 whether they found an issue or not! Absolute joke of a place, I know nothing more than when I went it, they haven't helped in any way and had the cheek to charge me for doing what i'd already explained had been done and then tried to charge even more with no promise of actually helping solve the issue. Do not take your car here!! They told me they took the head off my engine and diagnosed with head gasket said would be over 1500 to fully fix taken it to original dealer (mini) and just paid £90 for a pipe that had eroded and driven away today fine. Mini also said they can guarantee the head was not taken off my enginge whatsoever !! Imagine if I'd left it with this garage and paid all that money what were they planning on doing !!

DPF clean & top up engine oil worth £20 cost me all together £570 absolute joke

Needed my tyres replacing after an amber service warning from the main dealer. I initially had problems booking through the internet, but contacted Superior by phone and it was all sorted. There was a small issue with supplier delays, not something superior has control over, but communication was fantastic.The service for fitting the tyres took just over an hour which in my book is fantastic. The only things better than the service provided was the price and the friendly attitude of all of the staff.I would definately recommend superior and will be using them again.

Went in based on recommendation and was very pleased with service. Quote given straight away and car was repaired the next day, was cheaper than quoted due to a part not being required after all. Definitely will be using them for my service & MOT

Absolutely majorly satisfied with the outcome I received from Superior Cars. My Mum used them for a number of years and they have been faultless ever since Mum used them and since I started using them, had an issue with my steering on my Ford Fiesta, mechanic took the car for a test drive and solved the issue, was spot on and the cars steering has got much more control and firmer on the plus side had 2 new tyres on my car and they look perfect, perfect for the price, perfect pricing for everything would definetely recommend and also recommended these guys to a good friend & colleague :)
