Literally could not thank Pet Air enough for their support in relocating my dog from the UK to Australia. Emma Chalmers was an absolute star from start to finish and ensured we had everything in order when we needed it. At the last minute we had a flight change due to the airlines and Pet Air jumped into action to ensure the journey wouldn’t be disrupted - I would have never of managed that on my own! Will be recommending for a long time to come - totally worth every penny they’re the best! Thanks again Pet Air - you did an amazing job.

Pet Air UK have been brilliant all the way through the girls' journey. They arranged for my three girls to fly from London Heathrow to the Cayman Islands. I was extremely nervous about it, but everyone at Pet Air UK put my mind at ease at every step along the way. Emma and Vicky in the booking teams, and all the boarding team at The Tarbay Centre, are amazing. I received regular updates and everything was well-organised from the word go. I can't recommend their services highly enough!

Fantastic experience with PetAir UK, especially Emma Chalmers, from start to finish Emma has made the whole experience of transporting my 2 dogs from Manchester to Perth, Australia so easy. Emma answered all my queries straight away and provided regular updates. My 2 dogs have just arrived in Melbourne to start their 30 days in quarantine and will then join me in Perth. I would not hesitate to use PetAir UK again and would highly recommend to anyone that are currently thinking of transporting their pets overseas. We used PetAir UK to fly our two dachshunds from London to New Zealand earlier this year, and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone travelling with their pets. The whole team, particularly Emma, is were fabulous from start to finish, and really made what is quite a stressful and complicated process much easier. At all points we felt that their main priority was the safety of our dogs which really put our mind at ease. And they were always available to ask questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything done in very specific timelines. If you’re moving pets anywhere, definitely reach out to them. Whenever we do the return journey we’ll definitely be getting in touch!

We used Petair UK to move our 2 cats from Canterbury to Washington DC. The gold package quote given to us essentially was the best for value compared to several companies. I have to admit, I was amazed at how smooth the process was. Communication was excellent from the teams in the UK (Emma) and USA (Julie). Most importantly, our cats arrived safely and comfortably to our new home. The custom carriers were sturdy and well padded so the cats would be comfortable. I would highly suggest Petair UK and would entrust them with our pets again, if ever needed.

Provided very quick and quality service despite my booking being quite short notice, Daniel my import consultant recommended me all paperwork adjustments and such to ensure my two cats would not be rejected it was especially appreciated due to time zone differences due to me sending from america, I was incredibly nervous about the whole situation and thankfully they took care of my boys and made the process much easier to understand.I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs help shipping their pets out to the UK

PET AIR UK are the best Transportation company you will find in the UK.Special thanks to the whole team and especially Kerri Lynn who was amazing throughout the whole process.They honestly went beyond their responsibilities, when I had cancelled flights, arranging transport to the airport, transport man Adam was also a superhero who saved me with some last minute essentials that he kept spare for an emergency as such as mine, and accommodating last minute cattery with all their limitations for space and time, they still made sure I had no additional stress in relation to my Cats being cared for. Thanks again PETAIR UK !! (also a shoutout to (Pawsome.in) who also were top of their game, anyone considering a move to or from UK - INDIA, these two companies is what you NEED !!!

Words cannot express mine and my husband’s gratitude to Pet Air for transporting our five fur-babies safely to Australia in August. We dealt with Rachel who is phenomenal. Her incredible knowledge provided useful when dealing with our vets (inexperienced with exporting to Australia) saving us money due to their mistakes, as well as preventing potential delays! They boarded at Pet Air prior to their flight and the dogs were constantly in the paddling pools (guess what they are getting for Xmas? Lol) while the cats shared a family space in the air conditioned cattery. I was sent photos and updates. On our first day arriving in OZ in hotel quarantine. I received an email from Rachel informing me that the pets had been off-boarded with Singapore Air. However, despite being on the other side of the planet, we didn’t need to worry as in the same email, Rachel had already got them released and returned back to boarding, booked them on a flight with Qatar for a couple days later and booked their new quarantine dates. Talk about being on the ball. Now this is where Pet Air’s excellence really shines. Your pets are in the very best of hands and you don’t need to worry! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Thank you so much PetAir for getting our cat out to us in Singapore safely.When we found out that we were moving abroad, the most stressful and emotional part was thinking about moving our cat, Sidney, aboard. We had a lot of concerns about him flying - and due to Covid 19 restrictions and quarantine, we were unable to bring him on the flight with us.PetAir immediately put our minds at rest. They explained everything to us - helping us to find flights during Covid 19, where there were not many options available and working around Singaporean holidays to ensure that our cat arrived as soon as he could.We opted for the gold service and PetAir literally did everything for us. They liaised with Sidney's cattery to arrange collection, picked him up, looked after him at their cattery, conducted final vet checks, sorted all of his export and import paperwork and arranged for airport pickup (including clearing through customs) and delivery to our new address.PetAir made an incredibly stressful and emotional time so much easier for us - and we can't thank them enough. Sidney arrived in Singapore looking healthy and happy (well, as happy as a cat can after a 13 hour flight!). He is already settling into his new home.THANK YOU PETAIR!
