Could not even be bothered to turn up to a viewing and very rude on the phone when querying where the agent was.Confirmed times before travelling 30 minutes to the appointment.Does not bode well for what kind of service you will get if you rent a property with them, if they can not turn up for viewings.Edit:It was booked under our Daughter in laws name but we went to the viewing for her. We would not like to book another viewing as already booked time off and a 30 minute drive is a bit far if you are not going to show up again.

Great service and friendliness, I needed urgent help to sell my mum's property recently and I was overwhelmed by the speed in which Chris and the team got the house on the market and identified a buyer within a week. This has made an incredible difference to my family and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a tenant of 2 separate properties through this company over 9 years, I have always received professional and courteous service. Carol and latterly Elaine, always see that any problems or repairs are quickly sorted, and I have been happy with all aspects of my tenancy.

Chris and his team Jade and Elaine have been absolutely fantastic. They have been the most professional estate agents I have EVER come across (rented a lot in the past. They are easily contactable and have always addressed any issue I have had, promptly and efficiently. They made the whole process of moving easy and were very helpful! They are also extremely friendly and the check out process was smooth and they were very fair. Regretfully I have had to move however, given the chance, I would definitely rent or even buy with them in the future. Thank you Chris and team!

I rented a property with them for six months (the minimum length for the lease) and it was a nightmare. Firstly after paying the security deposit only to be told that an engineer needed to come and fix things in the apartment. Lord knows what the engineer fixed cause when I moved into the property there was no heating in both bedrooms. I was told the apartment had under floor heating (only to find out that did not include the bedrooms) I was in the apartment for 4 weeks sleeping in a freezing cold room until I sent a very angry email. The landlord sent some ridiculously cheap portable convector heaters. The counter in the kitchen was broken, could not put any weight on it ( how you don’t notice something like that I don’t know) had to contact them to get it fixed. The big bedroom had mould on the windows. I could go on about everything that was wrong with the apartment. On my checkout day Chris actually turned to me and said ‘why didn’t you tell us you were looking for another property, we could have found you something else’ I said nothing while thinking after my experience with them I would not trust Chris balls estate agents as far as I could throw them.

God is good! I had a good experience with the agency. I have rented a detached house for the last two years, with peace of mind and without disruptions.On moving out I have received grace: a curtain has shrunk a little bit after washing but it was not a big issue. A few days ago my full bond amount has been sent back to my bank account.May God bless them during this unprecedented times!
