I visited here a couple of weeks back to wash my duvet, this is an extremely clean laundette was my first thought. I hadn't been to one before, and didn't know how to use the machine, the gentleman who works here was extremely helpful. He assisted me with the settings on the washing may, how to use the dryer, and folding the duvet to get it into my laundry bag. Thank you for such quality service !

I must say soon as I stepped in I was approached i received an excellent customer service prices were affordable, staff are very helpful and kind. The dry cleaners it’s self is immaculate. One of the best dry cleaners I’ve been too, I highly recommend!!!!

I wasn’t having a pleasant day at all! The lovely gentleman was so kind, he helped me with all my laundry.. the staff are incredible and friendly! Didn’t have to wait long at all! And they cheered me up’ so that’s a bonus :) ! Defo a regular now

1st rate laundry service.Honestly can't express enough how impressed I am with their service. I was on a short break in London and was mistakenly given the wrong laundry bag. The owner, Mr Ali, drove all the way to Birmingham the next day to return my laundry to me. That's a 5 hour round trip!!!This guy went above and beyond expected customer service. Massive thanks to you and your whole team!!!

Their tumble dryers are very effect and you wont be staying there for too long to finish up on your laundry. You don't have to worry about change too because they have it on hand. They don't accept cards though. They don't have a lot of space for waiting for your laundry which is the main issue I have with this area hence the -1 star.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like this shop really deserves it. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Especially as I didn’t know what to do! They helped me with all of my clothes. The price is also the lowest I’ve seen so I’ll be returning.

Lovely people, great community vibe. Staff are helpful, and understanding if I ever happen to arrive late to pick up clothes.
