Great experience yesterday with Hutchings Hyundai Pontypridd. After some advice from family who had previously also had a great experience with them, I decided to look for a new car due to trouble with my current one. It was a pleaser dealing with Kevin Walker who managed to pull out all the stops in getting me a great price and ensuring the vehicle was prepped and ready for collection, whilst also keeping me up to date with the progress through out the afternoon. In a matter of a few hours I was driving home in my new vehicle, thanks to Kevin and his team going above and beyond!Thanks again

Great experience purchasing a new i20 today. My dealer Jason Sturcbecher was very kind, patient and knowledgeable when discussing specification options amongst all the millions of niche questions I was asking regarding the various specs (sorry Jason). As well as that, it was a treat talking about the history of the great American space pen with someone who knew the facts and so I wish Jason a Saturn sized birthday just as memorable as the Northern star that leads us to the big dipper. Picked up my tucson after having several problems with my mazda cx30 ,certainly would not purchase anything from Victoria Park mazda after their dreadful attitude to sort out warranty issues.dealt with Ryan at Hutchins who was extremely helpful and laid back attitude made the purchase feel specialModel is excellent and better bang for the buck than a mazda cx5.find it difficult for anyone purchasing tucson not to enjoy it and highly recommend the dealership in Treforest

Top Gear experience this is what I received from my Hyundai dealership in Pontypridd when buying my new car, from start to finish Ryan Watkins the sales advisor explained and guided me through paperwork and explained all my options, he kept me informed and at what stage the car would be available for pick up, on the day of picking up my new car the staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. Ryan then explained all the new features on my i20 and completed the hand over of my new car. many thanks to Ryan and the Hyundai team.

Met with Ryan Watkins for an appointment for Hyundai loyalty rewards to discuss purchase of new car. Initially offered a coffee before we started. He explained all the options and offered a vehicle that was right for me. On picking up car all the paperwork had been sorted and even my private plate was on the car ready. All controls and functions of car were explained in detail and he even set up my phone connection. Very polite and always available to answer my questions.
