Sales team not to be trusted & make sure you get everything in writing.A used Car I was interested in was listed at only 10miles on the clock which drew my attention, I called and was told this was a mistake. (Alarm bells should have started ringing) and the mileage was actually a lot more.I requested a video of the vehicle and received a poor hastily taken video in the rain. Never mind I thought the photos of the car looked pretty good.A manager called me and we negotiated a purchase price over the phone, on which the assistant requested an immediate deposit. I requested confirmation in writing first - Only to receive a an email a little later stating that the price had now gone up and they will will not honour the agreed price anymore. (Its a good job I hadn't paid the deposit immediately after the call as they wanted)No phone call or apologies or any other communication after that was received.The whole experience with Mercedes-Benz of Weston-Super-Mare was unprofessional and would not recommend using them when purchasing a used car. and make SURE you get everything in writing first.

Great experience.I took my S500 to them and they were great. They are very helpful, reasonable and unlike my experience at one BMW center which ripped me off and did absolutely nothing, but here it was opposite. they never rip you off. at least this was my experience.

Excellent service as always! I had a service and my car needed some parts therefore they organised a fantastic loan car. Communication was great through out, I would t go anywhere else but Mercedes.

Brilliant customer service and attention throughout the entire process of picking up my new E400. Credit goes to Scarlett from start to finish who was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Plus driving 200+miles to meet me half way (i live in Scotland) so I didnt have to make the long drive across country. Wouldnt hesitate to deal with them again!
