You'd think all Costas would be the same wouldn't you?? Not necessarily, this one is up there with the good 'uns, and it's the staff that make it here, lovely and polite & helpful. The establishment itself was nice and clean, as were the toilets, but then it was quite early in the morning so it's possible the great unwashed of Poole hadn't had the chance to trash the place!! But, speak as I find I thought it was pretty darn good!!

The staff are brilliant, unfortunately the brand has been compromised by a perverse support of a woke idolotry.Better if they focus on their coffee and maybe to stop smokers sitting at tables outside their establishments. That would help customers and the NHS.

Our favourite coffee shop. Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Food and drink lovely. Lots of choice. Plenty of seating inside and out even with social distancing in force.

This Costa used to be very good, well staffed and well stocked. The last few times I've been it's been very poor. Long wait times, no staff and no consistency with drinks made, proper training is needed. And there seems to be issues with stock as well not to mention the guy serving today was very rude.

We went just before Christmas as the place was rammed. The staff were tired but they were still really nice and worked super hard. Although there was obviously a wait it was worth it. If anyone from Costa or a bot reads this then please open the second machine/have more staff.

One of my favourite coffee shops, friendly staff, great coffee and a clean environment. On the flip side the staff are rude, how can you mess up a black coffee? And the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a month. Won't be returning.Hope that's helpful
