DPrintz

I recently had £435 worth of custom labels from Dprintz and can't use a single one as they are misaligned, part of the design has been chopped off during cutting and a white strip of unprinted vinyl appears at the bottom of each label design where they are miss cut. They refuse to refund me my money and I am now having to take the matter further. These labels are not fit for purpose and are not what I or anyone else would deem as acceptable work. I didn't work hard in my products to present them this way. The print quality is poor and the product bar code can also not be used as it is so blurred. Communication is poor and I have not received any communication when I've send a photo of the labels to them asking why they would think this is acceptable printing from a so called professional service. All in all I may as well of flushed my money down the toilet. I will be taking the matter further and would not recommend this company for any print work you require as it's clear they take your money and run.
