Highly recommend!! I have been coming for laser hair removal and the results speak for themselves. Steph is great at what she does, she always makes me feel welcome and relaxed during my sessions. I never felt she was rushing to get to the next client, she is so attentive and very thorough. I booked a 60-minute aromatherapy massage. Overall the experience was OK and the person gave a fairly good amount of pressure. However, there were a few problems.1. The massage itself didn't last 60mins because I was taken in 5-10mins late.2. I asked at the start if they could focus on my back, neck, shoulders however they immediately worked on my legs then arms. After turning over they again went to my legs, at which point I said again please could you focus on my back and shoulders". They said they'd do my other leg and then spend the last 15min on my back

The waiting area was uncomfortably cold, and despite my punctuality, the treatment started 15 minutes late and concluded prematurely, making it closer to a 40-minute session. The therapist's failure to inquire about pressure preferences or specific areas of concern was disappointing. The loud music required intervention to be adjusted, and the lack of soundproofing allowed disruptions from reception.On a positive note, the clinic offers affordable deals through Groupon, and the staff is friendly. The profiling bed is a practical feature, providing comfort by adjusting as needed. The waiting area is inviting despite the temperature issue. However, the towels on the massage bed emitted a damp odor, affecting the overall experience. Additionally, the massage itself fell short of expectations, leaving room for improvement in the therapist's technique. Overall, while the clinic boasts a professional ambiance and friendly service, addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall customer experience.Sadly I will not booking in for a massage at this clinic again.

Got permanent hair removal on beardline done by REM. Amazing clinical and customer service provided by Adam, who also did the laser (I didn't want to be seen by a female, so he accommodated that). The hair removal has been brilliant. Highly recommended.
