I visited the dermatology department and had a carcinoma removed from my leg as well as some sun-damage spots zapped from my hands. The lady doctor (Dr Rahman) was very gentle and took considerable care. She was also very welcoming and friendly. Excellent treatment, thank you.

Rang today with servere face swelling, high temp, clear infection which is getting worse and worse. Spoke to receptionist who was horrific , rude, not helpful. I understand there’s no appointments available but she refused to even offer basic advice on what to do now. I even suggested I go to a&e where she informed me was pointless. Was just rude and obnoxious. I’ve never felt this much pain, the densits here are ok from past experience if you can get past the horrible receptionist. Clearly in the wrong job

The Dermatology Clinic. They do not appear to be interested in answering the telephone, it rings a number of times (14) and then cuts off. Being the only patient in the waiting room for the first appointment of the day, the Dr finally appeared thirty minutes late having had to be called by the reception staff.

Thank you MS Dentist at the Gaol Street Centre, for dealing with my painful tooth, in a professional and expert way, today Monday 1st January 2018. I am now pain free and getting back to normal life. Husband had skin biopsy at Gaol Street, performed by Dr Eke, staff very considerate, never felt anything, so far no problems with skin, can only say, Thank You to all concerned for your kindness & consideration
