Working with members of the Up Estates team throughout the whole process from in-house photography and lay-up to arranging viewings and managing relationships with buyers and solicitors was always reassuring and, particularly so, when frustration kicked in. The Up Estates team knows what they are doing, and never forget that they are dealing with people. Excellent!

Of the estate agents that I've used over the years, up estates has been one of the best and they definitely have the best prices. The initial valuation was good for the market conditions at the time. They took good photos that showed off our property well and the marketing pack was very professional.There was an issue with the selling process where the lady that eventually bought the house had asked Up Estates to notify her of any appropriate properties coming to market and they didn't notify her about ours. She had spotted the property herself the day after it was marketed so there wasn't much of a delay though. Also, we re-marketed the property at a reduced price during the sale process (because of a deterioration in selling conditions) and our buyer wasn't notified of this despite me suggesting she should be.Once the sale had been agreed, Up Estates did their job very will and kept an eye on all parties.

Have been looking for rental for a year now, just recently viewed a property with Up Estate Agent, gave all the details required from the staff that was dealing with our application, the staff went kind of awol called their office few times left messages also emailed no one got back to me, at least let someone know what’s happening with the application also if the landlord is going ahead or not. Really poor communication and doesn’t look professional. I just don’t understand why people on low income get treated in a different way. Just makes you think do estate agents actually treat all applicants the same regardless their race. I really don’t think equal opportunity exits anymore these days.

After using another agent with no success, Charlotte & the team at Up Estates went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend to anyone we know!

Actually had a great experience with Up Estates. They were quick with booking in viewings. They were always responsive with regards to the property I was buying and passing on messages.On completion day, they had everything ready to go.Considering how bad alot of estate agents can be, Up Estates were very good.

I have recently sold my house in Rugby through Upestates even though their office is in Coventry. I have used them previously and went back to them because of their excellent service. Also their price was lot cheaper than other agents but the service is not compromised at all. The house i have just sold in last 2 weeks through them the service was exceptional. Jade was the sales person who was fantastic and it was then passed to Emily who dealt with my sale from offer to completion. Emily i have to say went above and beyond on what was not a straight forward sale. She was constantly speaking to solicitors and pushing things forward. If it had not been for her the solicitors would not have progressed the sale through as quick as they did. I can not thanks Jade and particularly Emily and all the up estates team for an outstanding service.

Up Estates saw us through our house move this year. Aliya was dealing with our sale and did a fantastic job conducting viewings and chasing up marketing information and potential buyers. Once our house sold (within about 1 month) Emily dealt with our sale progression, and was helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process.Throughout the move everyone at Up Estates were highly communicative, and easy to contact, which was very important for us.
