Mapledurham House
A lovely place with a lot of interesting history. Its not massive but the collection makes a nice afternoon out. There are regular food festivals and historic events. It makes a beautiful setting for weddings with the church next door.

Really beautiful historic site. Well worth a walk around the grounds. The mill is really remarkably. We went on the boat and enjoyed that as well. The tea house was a nice break with very good cakes.

Cream tea was lovely, no tours going on at present so just looked around after the tea. Mapledurham house is being refurbished so closed to the public.

Nice place to visit. The house has an interesting history, with an eclectic mix of objects and some good paintings. However access is limited to less than ten rooms. The location is lovely with lots of space to walk and picnic.

Went there to do a half marathon. Single track road to get to it was awkward but very nice views.

Stunning building and park land, a real good visit and I highly recommend. The staff are wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about that place. Great little cafe and shop too
