Altogether very good. Chosen because gluten free and vegetarian options are many and varied. You get good sized portions for a very good price. Staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Went for unplanned meal with mains n puddings. Young lad who took our order (believe he was called Frankie) was so polite and and socialable. Our meals came and were nice apart from the chicken sandwich on garlic ciabata - wasn't up to usual standard couldn't taste the nacho cheese". When asked if meals were OK we mentioned to the girl who point blank said "we would have to order extra sauce if we needed it" ( no option on the menu)

This pub really emboldens the meaning of good pub food. It's delicious and good value for money. The atmosphere is brilliant, there's usually sports playing on the TVs. One side is for over 18's (for those wanting a bit more quiet) and the other side is more family friendly.The only downside is that some of the staff collect your empties" when they aren't even empty. I can leave a half pint on the table with my friends while I go outside for a quick smoke

The food was great! I had the Sunday nut roast, cooked nicely, tasted great and a good size portion.I like that there is an adults only section where you can’t hear all the kids that are in the other side of the pub.Gets busier for the televised football.

Went there on Thursday and go for their freebie Thursday deal which is free starter or pudding with any super special. I ordered the jerk chicken and ribs as you can see from the picture the chicken tasted so bland and the ribs were dried too! For the pudding I go for millionaires cheesecake which is ok. I would go back again but I won’t recommend the jerk chicken and ribs!

Lovely hot food served very quickly. Fantastic service the staff couldn't do enough for you. We came to Sheffield from Hull to visit our grandaughter & always come back to the Hardy pick because we enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Definitely 10/10.

This pub/restaurant is okay, the staff are great and very friendly they are very accommodating, willing to help where possible. Drinks are prepared with care and they serve a decent pint too. The food is pretty decent for pub grub, but I would say it is a little pricey. There is a garden with a play area outside to keep the kiddos entertained. In certain areas of this pub there it is need of maintenance as the decor has started to wear away and the walls could do with a lick of paint. Overall I had a good experience here and I Will return in the future. Disabled access is available with easy assess facilities.

Ordered the roast beef dinner today (27/08/23). Couldn't really call it a roast beef dinner as the beef was inedible, I couldn't get my knife and fork through the sinew and gristle. When the waitress came to take my plate, she was told about the beef...she mumbled under her breathe that she would tell the kitchen...no apology or anything. I wont be eating here ever again! They come and ask you if everything is alright with your food as soon as your plate hits the table but no apologies for bad meat...disgusting service.Hi Dave, I have tried to email you regarding my experience but my email has been rejected by your server, so will have to put my reply here for all to see.It was a family meal, my partners sister was visiting from America and she paid for eveyones meal, there were four others having the roast beef dinner and I politely waited till last to have my meal served, and it looks like I got the bad end of beef as I couldn't get my knife and fork through it, my partner had the full monty grill and gave me his steak knife to try cutting it but still couldn't. When we had finished, the waitress came and took my plate and being as I was taking a drink at the time, my partner said to her my beef was awful, she didnt even look at us, just looked at the plates she was removing and mumbled something. I had to ask my partner what she had said and it was that she would tell the kitchen, I couldn't get any words out before she disappeared with the plates, no smile, no apology. I didn't have time to get her name but she was young, with ginger hair tied up. What was the procedure she was supposed to follow?

Sadly I did not enjoy my meal.the beef was mainly fat and the mash potatoes tasted powdery the veg was very hard.The price was good and the staff an place were nice
