The tailor Iqbal is the best ever. He has done some quite detailed complicated alterations for me and always amazes me how skilled and professional he is. I am so happy with all the work he has done for me. Everyone working in the launderette are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Careful with prices!!!I used them last week for a service wash.....the chap said the bag would cost me £13.I went back today with the same bag (but less washing) and was told by the lady it would be £20!!I explained that last week it was only £13 but she was insistent that I pay £20.I do not appreciate being ripped off and will not use again as a result....shame because their service was very good!

I’ve had a number of items tailored here (including an important black tie dress) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Iqball is also so welcoming and happy to help, the finish is always perfect and even a more difficult task he will find a way. He won’t stop tailoring until it’s perfect for you. I always recommend to anyone local :)

Do not use. Dishonest liars. I went to collect my pair of trousers a week or two after dropping off and they couldn’t find it.They told me to come back, I came back.They told me to come back again (took my name and number), but they never called.When I came back again they accused me of lying, said it was the first time they’ve seen me, and made up some rule about marking my ticket when I come in if an item has been lost (that didn’t happen, so they accused me of making it all up).If he’d have held his hands up and said “we’ve lost it”, it would have been a different matter, but to turn it around on me and accuse me of lying is a whole other story.Never using them again. They have lost my business forever.

Shockingly bad alterations. Took 3 pairs of jeans, all the same length, in to be shortened the same amount. All 3 were returned different lengths, none the actual length I wanted as all are still about 1 inch too long. All seams were wonky or pinched, especially obvious on the blue jeans as gold thread was used. Complained and asked for a refund, but was told their “tailor” could ‘fix easy’, however I got no response when asked if this was the same tailor who did the work in the first place. Didn’t want to take them back there to be fixed in case they completely wrecked them as all are new, at least them being too long means I can get someone competent to fix them. Wouldn’t trust them with anything difficult if they can't even shorten trousers. Won’t be using again, feel like I’ve just been robbed of £30.

Criminal!!!I went in there with wet linen that I needed to dry urgently.He said he would give me change as the machine only accepts 20p’s. I gave him £4 and he gave me £2.40 back.I asked where the rest of my change was and he said that it’s 3 x 20p = 60p, per 7 mins cycle and therefore pocketing 40p of each pound!This is against the law as the machines accept 20p and if I had known, I’d have brought my own 20p’s. You cannot just decide how much to charge someone if your machines are programmed a certain way.Avoid at all costs - he’s a shrewd businessman who will try to con you out of money according to what he thinks he should charge.

Used the machines as we are having the kitchen redone. Are they ever cleaned? All our clothes reek after using the washing machine and tumble dryers. Disgusting and overpriced.

The new guy (with glasses) who replaced the previous guy, is very nasty. He got quite angry when my son was putting coins into the machine. He said he is worried I'm damaging his machine life by doing that and kids are not supposed to touch those. Really?? I'm quite shocked with his rude behaviour and would never go there again.

I use this dry cleaning and alteration services for about 8 months now. they have excellent customer service and reasonable prices. i highly recommend them. I thank Crystal Clean Laundry and hopefully see you soon
