Just parked up and have only written this to highlight problems with the new hgv parking area. It is NOT wide enough. the distance between the 2 rows which face each other are not sufficient to allow a lorry to park without a fight or risk of damaging an adjacent vehicle, there will also be a risk of the back end swinging out and clouting an adjacent vehicle when leaving. Also the turning circle at the end of the parking run is not wide enough to swing a class 1 without problems and tearing rubber off the wheels. Some of the space issues could be alleviated by moving the concrete sleepers at the back of each parking bay back 3 feet, or the parking bays could be re-marked to sit on an angle which would allow a more problem free park up. Seriously, what fool thought the current dimension are workable ?

Quick n easy garage 2 use just shame when they want less people in the shop u have 2 Q up 2 take fuel card in before getting fuel then Q again 2 go pay 4 it i understand with all drive offs but with a truck its not gonna b as easy 2 drive off with out paying even tho we in there ever day & covid 2 keep u out the shop as much as possible

Stopped for fuel and had a bizarre experience. Saw a chap who looked like my neighbour (I live over 200 miles away) he came over smiling as he thought I was one of his neighbours and then we both realised neither of us had the right person. Had a little chat about who we thought each other was and went on our way. Not relevant, but interesting perhaps.

Now the only non supermarket petrol station in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Useful cash dispenser/ATM on the outside wall , plus shop and coffee/ drinks machine.

Visited this yesterday. The ladies toilets was horrendous, I would have been better using a lay-by, I reported it to the ladies on the tills and there was no reaction or apology! COVID cleaning signs still up which is just a joke

Top marks because they sell LPG here - as LPG is our cleanest fossil fuel it is important that they keep the pumps open.(if more cars ran on LPG we would meet our emission targets). The shop is well stocked but the same as 95% of petrol stations are -expensive - clean toilets too.

Nice staff pleasant service station toilets could do with a spruce up

Used half a tank of fuel to travel 277 miles to Gatwick. Stopped at this fuel station on the way home, filled to just under half a tank, the roads were clearer and yet my car only travelled 130 miles before the red light came on. Also 189.99p per litre is a rip off! Only 160p up north!

Good garage, always busy, rarely if ever out of fuel. Shell card good for discounts, shop is bigger than you think and has a Costa machine inside. Nice staff, usually know your pump before you do. Best 24 hour garage in boxworth.

General good station for hgv ,truck usually full and little room to maneuver. But lady from service name Elena is rude I don't know why probably nervous.
