Never use this garage again..I took my car here because the car went into limp mode. They said it was an EGR valve my options were to replace valve or remap the system. I went with change the valve option.. when I collected the car they said I had an hole in my water bottle which wasn't there before I took it there. I Paid £890 Still having problems. Still going into limp mode there advised me to take it to another garage as they don't know what's wrong.. bad attitude from staff.. bad experience and out of pocket. Now need to fix waterbottle and fix the problem I went there for...

As a single woman who took my car here - in my opinion they put the fear of god into you regarding what's wrong with the car and get you to pay through the nose for things which are really not a big deal but they make out its super dupa urgent work which needs to be done immediately....

Been here twice, guy on reception very arrogant, people stood around and told they couldn’t help with a Puncture, if it was 4 tyres I’m sure they’d of had availability.

Was told wheel was buckled and needed another, balanced one for £20! When was told £6 by their Cwmbran place. Went to another garage and was told just needed balancing. Bought another wheel on the advice of this company which I'm now not needing to fit, was also rude to my little boy. Definitely won't be going back.

Excellent service, communication on timings and price and exceptional customer care for my MOT and Service. Unfortunately a few days before the booking I had an accident and was unable to drive/walk. Not being too far away, they kindly offered to pick the car up and also collected me later that day so I could pay before driving me back home in the vehicle. Extremely grateful and would recommend

well yet another bad review for this garage ..mot failure.... 10 monitor and repair IF Necessary..and a few slight major ones Nothing to dangerous..so they went ahead with this 35 pound for mot ok ..end of day a whopping 915 bill for parts etc ..so a few of us has gone on line to check prices out on the parts required and yes you got it came to just reaching 400..so work that out and say to yourself no way disgusting prices were charged on parts ..so if you got any sense please by pass this place or just have deep pockets ..
