A responsive, professional and efficient service. Came when they said they would and all confirmed through email. Did an inspection at the same time, provided a certificate of the work and was very clean. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Fast, efficient and very professional. No mess at all, despite a lot of bird's nest material having to be removed. Strongly recommend! He said he would return and fit a chimney cowl, to prevent a repeat of the issue.

John came out and checked our fire and condemned it as unsafe.Very grateful for his professionalism and his advice and we won't be using it until its been put in properly but we at least are safe from setting fire to the chimney.Thanks John it was much appreciated.
