Fixed my broken necklace the first time and took about three weeks which was great, and reasonable price and quote from the man at the counter. And second time I came for resizing, the man at the counter again was perfectly lovely and sent off my necklace. Unfortunately they couldn't resize my necklace for some reason whichtook two weeks to be sent off and find out. Besides the two week wait to just hear they couldn't do it - the actual experience at the counter was great!

Went to get some links taken out of my watch, the guy behind the desk seemed very uninterested. It cost £10 which I though was on the more expensive side for a simple removal (the watch was only a Seiko 5 so has very easy to remove links). But it was completed quickly in about 5 minutes.

Very professional and friendly. Great service. Great price. Perfect repair done in 30 minutes (with a free tea/coffee whilst I waited) at a fraction of the price and time that was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommended.
