Disappointed with the service, been waiting for my glasses since August 25th , have been told someone mixed up the orders and cannot expedite the delivery even though person next to me had similar situation and been told her glassess will be there a week later. Feel seriously discriminated and upset about the level of customer service received by staff at Blackburn store.

AVOID!!!!!! Terrible customer service. After looking through these comments I can see why. I got 2 pairs of glasses in December and both have since broken in half very very bad quality glasses. I went and spoke to a young boy at the store and he wasn't very helpful saying I had to buy a new frame. I will be placing a complaint with the OCCS and I will also be contacting trading standards. The glasses were not fit for purpose and both broke in exactly the same place when taking them off my face. I also asked for the managers name and he said I'm not giving you my managers name you can have my name" I don't want his name I need to have a point of reference higher up for when the complaints get filed. Absolute joke of an opticians. The reception boy wouldn't give it me so I found it out myself. This information may be helpful if they won't give it to you."

Absolutely unprofessional that I keep getting calls from this store repeatedly when I've told them me & my children are no longer with them.Definately need to hire suitable staff...the owner obviously doesn't care to talk to the employees to rectify this and the other issues.

Don't waste your time or money. Terrible customer service. Long wait for glasses. Don't stick to their word, fob you off and don't care. We are nearly 6 weeks in and still have no glasses......

A good eye test but then downhill, after being told up to 14 days for glasses it took 23 days. Staff don’t make minor adjustments you are given your gasses stood at the counter. I wasn’t impressed with staff and felt they lacked training.

Staff are absolutely rude and obnoxious, think it's a joke laughing at people walking pass!!! If you want entertainment stay home!! Don't deserve any stars.

We are so pleased with the service afforded to us by the staff of this branch. From the moment we were approached by staff their professionalism and courtesy were second to none. In these times where good customer service is so hard to come by, it made such a pleasant change to walk out of a store feeling like you really had been treated in the best way possible. The glasses we received were of good quality and we received them well within the time frame they gave us. We wish these guys all the best and congratulate them on a wonderful service provided.

Very very poor customer service and product. My prescription is incorrect, I have received 2 pairs of damaged glasses over 2 weeks late. Can't wear them. Shocking service (Or lack of) throughout, constantly having to chase. Told I can't have a refund (however I was shown no notice of this at point of sale as the transaction was not completed in the till area) Not sure if it's the manager I spoke to but very rude and unprofessional. Want to retest my eyes. Why when i have it confirmed that it is incorrect, late, faulty and damaged product. Advised head office will ring within 24 hours, we'll see as so far they've never delivered anything on time and am still outstanding documents being sent to me.Response - as this is the only forum you will respond. You have received several emails including the below.On 12/11/22, I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses and received it on 06/12/22. I have discovered that the glasses have the following problem: scratches, wonky, wrong prescription, fish bowl effect, generally not fit for purpose.The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.As you are in breach of contract I am rejecting the glasses and request that you refund the sum paid to you of £290.I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the glasses to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.If I do not receive your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter, I intend to issue a claim against you in the county court without further reference to you.Yours faithfully,Melissa Shah

I like the staff they are really friendly ,the gave me the right prescription for my eyesight ,reminds me of my appointment at the right time and I would to come here again.
