Contacted this company earlier this week regarding care for a relative, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I was met with a rather confrontational email from the Client Manager who seemingly felt it unnecessary to answer my questions or respond to my latest email. I did not have a good experience from the word go.Avoid like the plague! I have found every other care provider in the Hereford area to have a better grasp of customer services.

Reached out to this company earlier this year about homing an elderly grandparent.I dealt with by a very helpful gentleman named Simon who answered all of my questions and helped reassure me about any doubt I may have had.Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a family member.
