Good experience. Needed to pick my car up after repair. Given short notice by garage. Taxi arrived promptly. Good service.

Rang for a taxi for my elderly neighbour whose car wouldn't start and she needed to be at the hospital. Asked for the price and told me £11. When I saw my neighbour the next day she told me the driver had charged her £15.50.Phoned the company to complain and was told couldn't possibly have been there company I used. I told them it was definitely them and then the lady I spoke to said she remembered me booking through her. Asked me if my neighbour could have included a tip. Checked with my neighbour who said she hadn't tipped him and he had said the fare was 15.50. she has mobility issues and said the driver didn't even offer to help her in and out of the car. The lady I spoke to said she would speak to her boss as this was unacceptable. This was last night and I haven't heard anything back from them. Was waiting to see what they had to say before writing this review but obviously this won't be happening. The taxi driver obviously has no conscience if he can rip off an elderly lady. The least they could have done is offered her, her overpayment back. I won't be using them again !!

I called call a car the day before I needed a really early morning pick up to go to the airport. I was really impressed with the level of communication, text when the taxi was dispatched, text when the taxi arrived, it was very reassuring. The taxi arrived a few minutes early, the driver was very pleasant, car very clean and the perfect size. I will definitely use again when I next go on holiday.

Driver was fine. Quiet but that's not always a bad thing. What was annoying was that I could see on the cab tracker that he waited 15 minutes before setting off. If you're not ready to go, don't accept the job. Let a driver who's ready to go take it.When I have frozen stuff in the sun, I would rather call a different cab company than have my shopping go bad.I called to cancel and order another cab but after all the recorded message, I got cut off without getting the option to cancel.Probably use a different firm, for the first time in 20 years, next time.

A bit expensive. Hastings charged £10.60 to get me to Denton, call a car charged £16 for the return journey and took a longer route back. Big difference for the same trip.
