Good example of a Neolithic burial chamber in an area of the Gower with spectacular coastal scenery. Only accessible by coast path and a mile or so from nearest parking. Not signposted but location on os and google maps is accurate. Shortish walk to Pennard castle via Three cliffs bay. Don't expect any toilets or cafes near.

Visited on a wet Tuesday afternoon but the view alone was worth the effort. A long walk down to the beach so we stayed at the top. Beware of following Google maps or satnav if driving as you're taken down a narrow dead-end road with a final turn warning you not to follow the satnav. You can see the National Trust sign, but you have to walk to this road, either from the Camp-site car park slightly further on or, better still, turn right in Penmaen in front of the Church and park just after the cattle-grid, also National Trust land. Various paths down to the beach with glorious views on the way down.

No information board, easy to find using Google maps location. (this is accurate enough to find it) basically it is on a path down to the three cliffs beach which is worth the visit when the tide is out. Such a clean beach, nice soft sand for the kids. There is a free car park but the amount of spaces is limited. So suggest getting there early.

Very beautiful, serene area. Gower is a great place to view if you need a quiet place to visit or you don't want to travel out of the UK. You get to know when there'll be tides. If you like kayaking, give this a try!

The South side of Gower Peninsular is quite a revelation. Pristeen beaches, Cliffs, sand dunes, salt marshes and woodland walks. We are going back.

Had a great day here. Parking was good and the weather helped. The views along the coast path are breathtaking.Primary reason for visit was to find the neolithic burial chamber. It was overgrown but I found it and will try and set the location on google maps.

Wonderful scenic beaches.. Difficult to access though.. No restrooms or cafes on site.. Free parking about 2 miles away.

My favourite walk, stunning and changeable, like going to 4 different locations in a single journey
