A very good place for people with very little money who need nice and good furniture. Given by people who care. The staff are also very good and thoughtful. I am lucky I have a storage unit with them. You can find nearly all you could need.

A fantastic place with fair prices and great staff. Nothing too much for these lovely people. The dogs they have are beyond beautiful. I love the concept of the Keighley furniture project as it helps low income families and households like myself find perfect furniture and give someone's old furniture a new lease of life. Very happy with my sofas and side table. Will definitely return. Everyone should know about this fantastic charity.

Poor customer service skills , staff spoke to me and my partner with no manners what so ever over asking a general question …. They do have good selection of stuff for families on low income but upon myself purchasing a item the women shut off all the lights and closed the store ….. also expecting the customers to test appliances and saying it isn’t there job for safety reasons a expierience person needs to test then not customers …… appalling service

Bloody loved this place, Keighley has some top tier charity shops but this one is a different beast!! We are redecorating and love a good DIY and this place is perfect for cheap staples you can make your own!Also amazing for gorgeous furniture at good prices!! Truly a hidden gemWe got all these for £50 (white cabinet X2)
